Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with purevia. Here's how and when your order arrives.

Order processing
We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email, then a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Shipping times
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. Most orders arrive within 1 to 2 weeks of being dispatched. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can run longer during holidays or the Chinese New Year period in late January and February.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way. If your tracking stalls or your order takes longer than expected, email help@officialpurevia.com and we'll look into it.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States.

Customs and duties
Your order ships from overseas. Any import duties or taxes are already covered by us, so the price at checkout is all you pay, with nothing extra on delivery.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of a wrong address or a missed delivery, we'll reach out to arrange a re-ship.

Lost or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, contact help@officialpurevia.com within 14 days and we'll make it right.
